About The Authors:
Hugh Gyton has held a variety of senior training roles, facilitating and managing corporate businesses across the globe to increase wealth success and strengthen human capital. He specialises in building relationships, teaching people from all walks of life to interact and communicate effectively, through the art of conversation. Hugh teaches his own specialized methodology to get his audience fully focused and interactive in all conversations, on any level.

Tracey Ward has a Graduate Diploma in Psychology, a BSc (Hons) in Civil Engineering and is passionate about teaching communication skills. She has implemented change in the corporate environment for many years, facilitating management and communications workshops for executives.
